Was doing a test since i have alot of health anxiety. Plus other things causing me suffering.
Alot of focus on my heart. So i tested my Fitbit Charge 6 vs my pulse oximeter.
I moved my arm up and down, from side to side and the watch went all the way to 110bpm. Then down to 80. And it went all over the place. While my pulse oximeter stayed the same no matter how much i moved my arm.
But when not moving both devices were equal in heart rate. Did the test with both arms at the same time aswell, same as above.
Long story short.
Can i trust my watch. Not fully i reckon.
Any thoughts?
