Is there a way to turn off buzzing and/or active zone minute alert? On Charge 6

As the title says, I want to turn off the buzzing or alert on my Fitbit I get when I start getting active zone minutes. The same goes for reaching my daily steps. I can't seem to find a way to for the Fitbit rather than my phone nor have I been able to find a post which answers the question. I am aware that starting an activity does that for you but I rarely start activities. I also need message notifications still enabled

Yes, you can turn them off, you can check this article, in the part where it says 'Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?' you'll find the instructions.
