Issues with HSBC and Zing Visa Cards on Fitbit GPay

Hi everyone,

I’m using a Fitbit Charge 6 in the UK and have been using both Zing and HSBC for everyday payments. HSBC is listed as a supported bank on Fitbit, but when I try to add my HSBC card to the GPay wallet on my Fitbit, it says, "Your bank doesn't support contactless payments with your watch on your card."

Does anyone know what the issue might be with adding HSBC cards? As for Zing, I can’t seem to add my Zing Visa card either. Is there any way to suggest that Zing be included, or is there any information on whether this will be supported in the future?

Hi @hoomansa first thought is that Fitbit pay gas been deactivated, and we have to go with Google Pay. I think you are trying to setup Google pay on the watch.

The page says that UK HSBC supports Visa. Have you been using Zing on your Charge 6? How about your phone.
