Using a Charge 6 model.
Was wondering what category you guys would use for jumping jacks? I selected Aerobic, but I noticed that steps were measured. Is there a workout selection that disables “step motion” (like I wouldn’t expect it to count steps on a sit up or a lunge for example)? I guess an exercise that tells the device “these motions are not steps.” It’s minor (it logged 70 steps but generally in the mornings my watch is off while I get ready, so it’s a not a big deal but was just wondering) but wondering if there is a better option.
Also, running on iOS and I have a few calisthenics apps that only sync to Apple Health on here. Is there a way to sync them into the Fitbit app indirectly (there is no option for me to sync directly to Fitbit on the app)?
