Hi, it appears for some reason I’m logged out of my Fitbit app. Unfortunately when I needed to create a new email address I forgot to update my settings. Anyone know how I overcome this, link a new email address without being able to receive an email I cannot access. Thanks in advance.

Have you already mover your Fitbit to your Google account? If you haven't, you usually need to follow the instructions below to change the email address associated to your Fitbit account:
This being said, you need to be logged into your Fitbit app to proceed. In addition, if you are not able to "verify your email", the update won't be completed.
In conclusion, please attempt to log into your Fitbit app using your old credentials and specify in which steps you are finding trouble. Share some screenshots if needed. I appreciate your time in this process.
