Hi,
I lost my Fitbit charge on December 11, 2024, however, I did not step outside my condo that day. I thought My Fitbit fell when I left my suite room to go to the Garbage Chute. I found it missing 1 hour later. During these days, My Charge 6 can sync with my Fitbit app all the time and some heart rates were recorded occasionally. I open the notification on Charge 6 and send messages asking to return. I tried several apps like "Find My Fitbit" etc but I can not locate the charge. Since I am not sure of the sync distance between my device and app, I do not think to knock all the doors at my level works.
I would like to ask the support team anything I can do at my end or any information I can provide for reference besides the battery has fallen to 17% as of now.
Thank you so much.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @RuiruiLuo. I'll be happy to assist you with your lost Charge 6. Thank you for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to find your device.
Take your phone to the area where you think you lost your device and try to sync. If your device syncs, it's nearby.
Try using a Bluetooth locator app to help you find your device. For iPhone, try LightBlue Explorer. For Android, try Bluetooth Finder.

Hi @RuiruiLuo the distance is about 25 feet or so from your phone to the device. Hope you find it. Let us know what happens.
