Lost data in the Fitbit app

My sleep data disappeared on the Ap yesterday and didn’t synch today. Also no readiness or stress score I have a Charge 6

Before considering other options, I suggest confirming that you are using the latest version of the app

In addition, try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.
