Lots of problems

I am very disappointed with my Charge 6, there just seems to be so many faults with it, at the moment it has stopped syncing, last time it synced was 3 days ago, I have tried all the different things that have suggested and it just comes up that it was unable to sync/update some data, mainly my steps which is what it is actually meant to do, yesterday I did over 15,000 steps which were originally on the app and they have now disappeared!  It also seems to lose connection with my phone and it doesn’t vibrate when a message/call comes through. I have been using Fitbits since 2010 so have had various different ones and I can honestly say that this is the worst one! I don’t know what else to do with it now to update my data

Couldn’t agree more. It’s so frustrating when the charge 6 is syncing but actually it does not sync all the data but thinks it does! I do consider sending my Fitbit back. Very disapointed

I tried to contact them to complain about it and just kept getting asked to
open a Twitter account! The problems seem to have started when they went
over to Google!
