Low battery icon at top of watch face but battery not low

I have had Charge 6 for a year and in the last few weeks an icon that looks like a battery with a line through it appears over the pulse number at the top of the watch face.  It comes and goes. My watch and phone are both charged.

Hello @Alamo777 and welcome to the Community.  The recent firmware update (214.24) added several status indicators.  If your icon is white with a slash, then that is actually a tiny smartphone with a slash.  It says your Fitbit doesn't have a Bluetooth connection to your phone.  You will see this if your phone is out of range or you force quit/force stop your app.

There is a critical low battery icon and that is a red battery with a slash.  There are also icons that say you are in DND or sleep mode.

These are optional.  You can turn them off by following this path.  Go to the Settings app on your Charge 5, choose Display, and look for Status tray.  Toggle it off.  I don't use a Charge 6, but users complain that these indicators cover up the heart rate on some clock faces.
