Low heart rate events are not being reported in app

Fitbit low heart rate notifications are not showing up in the app. I got this charge 6 aboo7 months ago and even though it has detected low heart rates multiple times, it has never logged in the apps. This time I even took a picture!

Same here.  The low HR notices register on the watch but are not recorded in the FitBit app.  I just downloaded my Google account data and I see the settings are correct but, again, the low heart rate alerts and events are not recorded. VERY frustrated that support has never been able to address this even after multiple requests and exchanges.

Having same issue but with high HR. I (potentially) have POTS and would like to know when my HR is being wonky and too high when I stand up or walk. No HR notifications, got mine literally on the 22nd of May. Only reason I bought the Fitbit was to see the time and track my heart rate, get notifs when it's too high & the ECG. ECG isn't downloading, and I'm not getting notifications so it's practically useless. Should have gotten a Pixel Watch at this point 🫠

I know what you mean, that's exactly why I have gone with Fitbit brand.  That and the amazing sleep app the USED to have. The new sleep app stinks too!
