Manually change time on Charge 6

Hello,

I typically have my time set to 15 minutes ahead of normal time. Even the time on my phone is set that way. However, the time on my Fitbit Charge is set to 'regular' time and I don't know how to change the time manually. It is not syncing with the time on my phone, even though I think the phone is connected to the Charge 6 via Bluetooth. Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @HarshalShah1  the time comes from the phone you're using. There is no way to manually set the time on these devices.

Hello @HarshalShah1

As I understand it, your phone and Charge 6 get the time from the network that your phone is connected to. Even though you manually change the time on your phone, your Charge 6 is still getting the time from the network. There's no way to change this so that your Charge 6 shows your manually changed time.

Personally, I'm surprised that you're able to manually change the time on your phone so that it's 15 minutes ahead of real time. I would think that your phone would continue to correct to the network time each time it connects.
