Map not available after finishing a walk

ANSWERED

Although there are multiple topics with similar issues, I still cannot find the answer how to solve it:

After replacing my Charge 5 with Charge 6, I dont see the (Google) Map anymore after finishing a walk.

With my Charge 5, after recording a walk (starting and stopping it from my Fitbit Device), I did see the route I walked when I opened the activity in the App.

After pairing my new Charge 6, I dont see this information anymore.

Thanks for helping!

PS: Android 14

Hi, @BartVermeulen5 I would suggest checking your settings in the exercise app in the Charge 6.  To do this, swipe left to find the exercise app, and then swipe up to find “Walk”.  Tap to open, and then swipe up to find your settings options.  Make sure GPS is set to “ON”.

In order to get GPS you will need to either start your walk in the app manually each time, or make sure “auto start” is turned ON in the settings menu.  If you disable auto start and do not manually start your walk in the exercise app of your Charge 6, then you will not get a map of your route.

I hope this helps.
