I've switched from inspire 2 to Charge 6 and the heart rate zones have gone up massively. My Saturday walk is always in moderate with 80- 90 active minutes. It is now 4 active minutes!
The same thing happened a few years ago when I upgraded but the increase was less dramatic.
Looking back at last week’s data, it says 1 hour and 20 minutes in the moderate zone, 8 minutes vigorous but the graph underneath has changed to the new zones and shows 1hr 20 in light and 8 min in moderate (shame you can’t add images to this forum).
This is pretty demotivating - the opposite of why I wear a Fitbit!
