Metrics impacted without full exercises tracking?

ANSWERED

Hello,

I have a charge 6 which I'm wearing most of the time, including sleep. I was also wearing to track exercises. Lately, I have been tracking exercises with another hr tracker which I find more comfortable to wear than a watch during exercise. I am manually adding those exercises in fitbit dashboard, so they count for weekly exercises and calories tracking.

Since the heart rate is not considered for these exercises, I have been wondering if there are metrics that are actually impacted in the fitbit dashboard? I know I won't have any active zone minutes, but are there other metrics that won't be as accurate? I tought the fitness score would be impacted, but after reading the doc, it looks like it is mainly impacted by RHR and other metrics.

Just curious, Thank you 🙂

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  The only thing that comes to mind is your Readiness Score, a Premium feature.  The Activity component is calculated from your active zone minutes from the previous day.
