Mileage not showing on my Charge 6 device

Firmware updated in last week or so. Since then mileage is not showing on my device. Mileage is showing on the app.

I have tried restarting phone and device, logging out of app, disconnecting bluetooth. Checked GPS is working. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello @DVMossy 

I believe there's an issue on the Fitbit side that is affecting data syncing between the Fitbit device and the app.

Since you are seeing your distance in the app, that indicates to me that your tracked data is getting uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue on the Fitbit side.
