I want to sync my Charge 6 with my laptop, which has windows 11 OS, but it's missing the FitBit app in the Swedish Microsoft Store

@Gyuri   Fitbit deactivated the Windows app in October 2022.  This is why it's been removed from the Microsoft Store.  You must sync your Fitbit with your mobile device.

Fitbit doesn't support Windows anymore. You need an Android or iPhone phone/tablet for that.
