Updated my App this week. Now have bits of information missing.
Hourly activity can be seen if I click on it but blank on front screen. The circles showing how far you are to your goal are missing. Lists of numbers instead of trends. Missing steps, mileage and calories.
Also keeps telling me my home WiFi is unsecured.
Come on Google, you’re not amateurs so why is this App so consistently poor?!

I have the same problem. I have just updated my Charge 6 app and now the circles on my sleep and steps data (amongst others) are not filling in. Also the daily, weekly, monthly steps data are not coming up. It was all working perfectly until the update.

I have just fixed this by uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my iPhone. I selected keeping my subscription and did not lose any data.

Mine is saying that I will lose the data.
I’m thinking that the data is still on my App, it’s just the access that has been shut off.

I saw a Moderator post today (18 Apr 2025) that app version 4.41 will be rolling out soon. Hopefully, the update includes a fix to this problem.
The app updates tend to rollout in waves. So keep checking your app store and install the update when it's available to you.
Let us know if the update fixed this problem for you.

the Fitbit app synchs with no problems and I can scroll backwards by day to see history for that day. However, when I click on Steps, calories, or miles, the app seems to hang and never is able to provide the history. Active minutes and sleep history are available though. Have rebooted device, closed and opened app, rebooted phone, and signed out and back into app. Still not working for several days.

There have been a few of us having this problem. If you delete the app from your phone and then reinstall it, and sign into your account, that works.
