My Charge 6 has a serious problem.
Whilst it appears to be working it has lost contact with my phone and vanished from the app. The web interface can not connect. The device has disappeared from my Bluetooth devices. Watch, computer and phone have been restarted to no avail.
Any advice would be appreciated.

There was a system wide outage this morning (16 Nov 2023) that lasted about an hour & a half. That might have caused the issue you were seeing. Let us know if you're still having problems.

I un/reinstalled the app and eventually got it reconnected. Couldn't reconnect Charge to phone via Bluetooth as it kept saying 'an app may be needed with this device'. Also kept getting an annoying message that the Charge was syncing to a different phone so had to delete info and re add my phone. It looks like that may have happened at the same time as the outage so the web interface issue must have been coincidental timing.

Thanks for letting us know that you were able to get reconnected and hopefully everything will continue work properly.
Anytime there's a system wide outage, it can raise all sorts of havoc. Thankfully, this was a short outage, unlike the one during the Charge 6 & Pixel Watch 2 release.
