My Calorie count says im burning 12000 calories per day

ANSWERED

Does anyone know why my 1 year old charge 6 says I'm burning 12,000 calories per day. I way like 45 kilograms which is standard for my age but if I actually burned that much I would be dead

Any know how to help?

If fitbit thought your weight was 450 kg instead of 45 kg, it would take a lot more work to get through your day.  I couldn't begin to say how much of a difference, but I have seen people whose calories were way off, and then discovered they had accidentally entered their weight wrong.  I would think it would be easier just to check your weight entry rather than to discuss how much difference it would make, but it's up to you.

First thing, check your weight is entered correct, no off by a decimal point or such.
