My Charge 6 doesn’t show the ECG and HRV options

My Fitbit Charge 6 doesn’t show the ECG and HRV options either on the app or on the watch. Also, support doesn’t know how to help me. Has anyone else had the same problem and been able to fix it? Thank you for reading it.

Thanks for letting me know your situation about this situation with your ECG and HRV on your Charge 6.

The ECG app needs to be downloaded, you can get info on how to install it here. The HRV you can find it in your health metrics, wear your device for at least a full day, including to sleep at night. Check your stats after you wake up:

- In the morning, open the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab Health Metrics .
- Swipe up to see your data for the previous night.
- For details about a metric, tap Learn More above the graph.
