Looking forward to the new model - love my Charge5, but its been replaced 3 times now...lets see how the Charge6 performs. Fingers crossed!

I got the same notification, but I wonder if it actually means dispatched, or just that they've allocated a shipping label to it as there's no tracking info on mine yet. I had 2 Charge 5, which both died but I did really like them so this is the last roll of the dice for me with Fitbit - fingers crossed as well....

Placed the order with Google, on Monday. Received it on Tuesday morning. It will be released next Friday. COVID has really messed up time.

Hi @LizzyFitbit . I know you're trying to be helpful, and thanks for that, but as you'll see in other threads, there's currently a complete disaster around Charge 6 shipping with customer services sadly lying to people about the state of their orders, no-one seeming to know if things have actually been shipped, or they're out of stock, or when they might arrive, even though fitbit has happily taken the money from our credit cards. So, news in this case is not good news 😞

Interesting feedback - after 6 days, still no Charge6 - will have a read of the other forums! Mine has had no update since it was scanned in the Dutch warehouse.

Just saw your post. I feel like the pre-order issue was a scam by Fitbit. As per pete-S comments, I've reached out to the national press and an online tech company this morning to see what they think about this whole issue! It feels like a scam.
Fitbit state great news, pre order a product, we won't take payment until its shipped. So you mark the order as shipped, take the payment but don't actually ship anything because you don't have the stock to meet your pre-orders...yet people can go to an online retailer or a high street shop to buy a product? You then refuse to refund customers, stating they must wait for the order to arrive, before requesting a return, saying it can't be cancelled because it's been shipped.
Yet in the same conversation your chat team state that the order hasn't been dispatched because you don't have the stock? As I say...scam.
All I can think to end on is I expected more from Fitbit. Great customer care. (Please don't say I share your frustration...Fitbit do something about it!)

Hopefully you will get it shortly. I saw a couple of them at target. I have no desire to purchase one. I have no faith in their products.

Had same messages. Today Fitbit support have advised nothing is shipping and shipment is now expected 10 November. i am making charge back to get my money back

The UK Fitbits seem to be stuck in the Netherlands. My United States device is stuck in Carol Stream, Illinois. Label printed on October 10th, not yet shipped/dispatched. Good Luck everyone. Hopefully some of us will start to actually see shipping movements soon.

I am in the same boat! Mine said that it shipped on Monday (I placed the order on Sunday) and later on it stated that it was in Carol Stream, IL with USPS awaiting the item. There hasn’t been any movement or updates in three days and my package still isn’t here. I find it frustrating and just unbelievable honestly! I have genuinely loved my Fitbit watch for so long and last week it finally cut off on me. This shipping experience is really going to ruin it for me. I hope we all receive our products soon!

I didn’t get to tell eveyone that my Versa 4 finally came in! It was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday(11/01) because it was only two hours from me and I still didn’t receive it until about 5p on 11/02. I placed the order for it on 10/22. The communication was so poor, I feel like I had to beg them to send my watch to USPS so they could start the delivery process. I’m disappointed because I thought this process would be a lot smoother working with Fitbit directly, but I guess not. Needless to say, I am grateful that I finally received my watch!
