My Charge 6 has stopped tracking distance since 3 days ago

I tried adjusting the strides but it is still not working. Not sure what is wrong? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

Please note that we've received some reports from other users about this problem. Our team is already aware of this inconvenience and they are already looking for a fix. In the meantime, I'd like to share with you a workaround that has helped other users.

Please tap on your profile picture/gear icon in the upper right of your Fitbit app, then Exercise. Look for the Stride Length setting. The default setting is automatic. Toggle it off.  For more information, see Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?

I adjusted my stride but it is still not working. Hope this can be resolved soon 😞

still not recording miles.  I've been using fitbit since 2017.  Please let us know of an update to fix.

It’s been quite awhile. Are we expecting a fit on the distance tracker any time soon? This is frustrating!!
