It is apparent that with all of the other complaints that are coming in about the charge six I think it’s time for the development team to create a new firmware update. I just updated my app and now my watch is not syncing with my phone. The development team seems to be acting quite lackadaisical and not doing your job in terms of addressing all of the complaints about a new watch as in the charge six. I would suggest that they get to work now to reduce the amount of complaints coming in about this watch because it certainly doesn’t seem like it’s worth $149 I would suggest that they get to work now to reduce the amount of complaints coming in about this watch because it certainly doesn’t seem like it’s worth $149

Hello, @Radium9876, welcome to the community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the syncing of your Charge 6, and I appreciate the feedback you're giving me.
I recommend you to check and follow the steps in this article to improve the situation with the syncing. Let me know how it goes once you've done this, please.

For the 500th time- no it’s not the connection between the two it’s the crappy app not syncing and then timing out. Where are the developers? I want a refund and I’ll get an Apple Watch- this is maddening. I have 3 days that haven’t synced and I have tried multiple times each day that has passed. Developers: Ffs fix your stupid app. This issue has been on the forums for 6 months.

I’m having the same issue with the Fitbit not syncing. I had no issues with my old Fitbit. I had issues immediately when I was forced to switch to google! Hmmmm. Had no issues with my old Fitbit. I may be forced to switch to apple also. It’s a shame because I really liked my Fitbit.

I’m having the same problem Can’t sync my Charge 6 today. There is a 5K discrepancy between my watch and my app, and I have tried everything, including restarting the watch And setting up the device again, with no luck. I wonder how the app tracks and records calories but nothing else.
_____
Actually, come to think of it, I’ve only had this problem since switching to google. Not the first time I’ve had to reset this Charge 6, and like you, I’ve been thinking about switching, but I I’ve only had this model for 6 weeks with too many issues.

Omg that is so maddening! I can see my calories for today but no steps for two or three days 🤦🏽:female_sign:🤦🏽:female_sign:🤦🏽:female_sign:

Same - I have only started using it as I was waiting for my old Fitbit to die- even with a screen missing shards of glass it synced better than the 6. I’m annoyed especially since I need glasses to read the tiny tiny numbers on my Fitbit screen. It should be a violation of an ADA law or at least old people who need reading glasses.
____
It’s a good thing I wasn’t having a heart attack cos I thought my heart rate felt really high and it never updated on the app. I would have been long gone if I was having heart rate issues and didn’t have reading glasses nearby!!! What’s the use of monitoring my heart if I can’t get an accurate read on the app like I used to?!
