Hi,
Since the last couple of days my fitbit has not been trakcing my sleep.
I already check if the heart rate tracker is activated and it is, but i can't see the green light someone mention on one of the comment.
This is the second issue i have with my fitbit in a couple of months.
''no sleep sessions recordded during this day''
I can't add images as prove.

Hi @alexandragr. Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
I'm sorry to hear your Charge 6 is not tracking your sleep.
The heart rate sensor usually turns on only when it is in contact with your skin. Try hovering the finger over the back of the device to see if the lights turn on.
If heart rate is activated but lights are not turning on, go to the settings of the tracker and turn it off, wait a few seconds and then turn it back on.
I you don't see any improvement, restart your Charge 6: Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app, then tap the Settings app and then Restart Device and then Restart.
I hope these instructions will be helpful. Have a nice day!

I had the same issues with my Charge 6. And it is in contact with my skin and the light is working because it’s tracking my heart rate but it does not track my sleep. This happens sporadically, and is very frustrating.
