It's very frustrating. My cardiologist will call me and ask me for my hr and, when I look, there's just lines there. I've had some high heart rate readings and I'm scared it's missing some because of this. I have to keep finagling hoping it will come up. I've done everything I've read to do to fix this. I've reset, updated, cleaned, made sure it's a snug fit, etc.. I've not changed the band. It's the original band. I had a Charge 5 before this and never had an issue registering my hr. My cardiologist wants me to track my hr during workouts to ensure it doesn't get too high and that it comes down... but it doesn't register more than half the time. It doesn't have a trouble running an ecg when I need to... so it finds my hr then. Everything else registers. But the hr is so sporadic. Is this a Charge 6 problem? What else can I do?

Hello @lindalou32837
Although I'm not sure that this will work, you can try
If this doesn't work, then the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompts in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore resources) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options.

The whole time I typed the above post, it hasn't registered. And it still isn't. Then, it just registered... and then blanked out to the lines again. And I'm just sitting at the computer. AAAAGH!

I've tried it twice. It's still not always registering, but it seems to be a little less. I guess I need to call them as I worry about what my Fitbit is missing since it's not always registering my heart rate. It's so strange. It registers everything else. And it never has trouble running my ECG even when the HR is not showing up.
Thank you, Rieko, for your suggestion.
