My Charge 6 won't sync with phone

My Charge 6 will not sync with my phone despite going through all of the steps suggested in the help sections.  Is anyone else having this problem today?

Mine doesn't seem to sync everyday. Not sure why either. It's random

Mine doesn't sync either. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't - just like its current owner...

Sometimes mine doesn’t sync right away when I am on my elliptical but eventually it does in a matter of minutes.  However, this time I just cannot pair my Charge 6 with any electronic device for a solid day.  I gave up trying to pair it and am now using my Charge 5 which is syncing just fine.  My Charge 6 is less than a year old.  I don’t get it.  Sometimes I wonder if the Fitbit trackers don’t last long in order to get us to buy another one.  It may be time to look into another type of tracking device.

Lol! I was so frustrated yesterday trying every single step the help section told me to do over and over again to no avail. I am now using my Charge 5. The last step of the YouTube video about how to sync the watch to my phone is to contact Customer Service. I am going to do that next.

I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts.

Could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps shown in the following help article ? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I also recommend verifying that your device and your Fitbit app are up-to-date.

Yes, I did all of the steps multiple times as well as watched the YouTube video and followed all of those steps carefully to no avail.  My Charge 6 still would not sync.  My older Charge 5 synced without a problem.  The only problem now is that I lost tracking data from one Fitbit to the other.

I spent hours trying to resolve the issue yesterday, really a large portion of the day, because if nothing else, I am persistent.  It was quite a frustrating process as I was unable to get my Charge 6 to sync.
