My Fitbit charge 6 screen is black. The battery is charged 100% and I am able to sync it. When I press the button on the charger cord 3 times per directions to reboot the watch vibrates. I did this multiple times and yet the screen is still black. This watch was purchased in April 2024. I have gone on YouTube to get advice and NOTHING is fixing this problem. It is impossible to find customer service. I would appreciate getting in touch with FitBit directly to get help. Not a forum or list of questions I need to search through, but a real live customer service person. Please help. Thanks.

Here's the link for Fitbit Support (<-- click). Complete the prompts in Step 1, tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore the Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options.

Thanks for your response but It will not allow me to select step 3. I am still unable to access a live person for support. This watch is only a few months older than 1 year and it seems like i might have no choice but to throw it out since it is impossible to get to fitbit customer support.
