I really need wake up my watch with sleep mode my watch is on sleep mode and how turned off

Hello there @Krohe8, nice to see you back in the community! 

I'd happily help you out in regards to this inconvenience, let's start with something easy. 

With your Charge 3 you need to press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off a setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.

Please try turning off the options this way and let me know if it works.
