My charge 6 went to a green screen then it got very hot and then died. It was only 6 months old. Can I get it replaced?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Charge 6 screen.
Please, answer the following:
- Are the LED lights on the back turned on?
- How long did you charge it?
- If you have not charged your Fitbit recently, we ask you to try charging it for 2 hours.
- When you connect your Fitbit device to the charging cable, does it vibrate?
- Did you try the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If not, follow them and let me know how it goes, please.

There are no lights on the back. It does not vibrate when attached to the charger. It was fully charged when this happened.
