It’s been a week now and this garbage device won’t sync data properly. Mind you I’ve done everything possible to get it to do so. After 7 months of owning a charge 6, I can comprehensively say it is the WORST fitness tracker available.

Best AnswerMy charge 6 has been ignoring some of my hourly steps for no reason. The Fitbit shows all hours completed but the app says one or two haven’t been. This has happened 12 days out of the last 20!
I’ve been having this issue too. As well as differences in cardio load and zone minutes between the app and device.
