My fitbit messes with My Android phone when I get a call. I dont want to get messages or any thing

How do I get my fitbit Charge 6 NOT to send anything to my phone. It's causing my phones to hang up.

@Reeann53william tap the device icon in the upper left corner of the Fitbit app. Tap on Charge 6. In the "General" section, you can change Notifications and modify your other settings.
