I’m astonished and saddened. Google have destroyed Fitbit. Having used the tracker for 9 years I’ve just purchased a new brand. I’ve had 2 Charge 6’s over the last month and neither work. I’ve been onto this and other forums to try and get the tracker working to no avail. No matter what adjustments or hard resets, the active minutes just weren’t registering. I’ve given up. So sad.

I have had a similar issue - my charge 6 will not record heart rate. Four weeks they have been looking into it. Tell me it’s an App issue opposed to the tracker but there are not loads of people here complaining about their lack of heart rate. Abysmal customer service and if anyone knows what the ‘higher team’ is - apart from angels obviously- I’d be amazed. I too am giving up and going elsewhere - definitely not a Google product. Fitbit customer services was fab.
