I have been wearing my Charge6 for more than 14 nights (scores registered along with 'details') and the first of the month has past, yet no animal appeared..?.. (yes, premium account)
Where, how, when..??..

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your sleep animal using your Charge 6.
So you've done all the steps already, your sleep animal and profile will appear on the first of the next month. You can check more about this here.

Okay, so I waited for yet another new month (been tracking since mid January) and still my 'animal' seems to remain in hibernation..?..

I've done all of the above I've worn mine since August, every day. I've never received a sleep animal either.

Hello @Jsimon77, go ahead and report it through the APP, click on the profile icon and then > "Send feedback" it will allow to collect the log and they will review those and hope they can solve it for you.
