My spo2 stopped showing in the app

It wont allow me to reinstall the spo2 app either

Thanks for the follow up. 

Your message is quite vague. Are we talking days? Can you shed more light on the problem?

 

This bug is crazy , it renders the whole point of buying a charge 6 useless to me. 

 

I’d appreciate any detailed updates.
