MyFitnessPal entries not syncing with Charge 6

Exercise entered in MyFitnessPal appears on FitBit stats, but the calories burned don’t get added. I’ve tried restarting, disconnecting and reconnecting apps, and I think I have most up to date versions.

Thank you for sharing this information regarding the difficulty with your Charge 6 and for trying to fix it on your own.

Before considering other options, please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app

Even if you already tried some of the following steps, try to follow them one more time in the order listed:

  1. Please log into your MyFitnessPal account and remove anything related to Fitbit
  2. Then, revoke access on the Fitbit app to reset their connection. For instructions, check this help article.
  3. Force quit both apps and reboot your phone. 
  4. Once that is done, go to MyFitnessPal website and try connecting it with Fitbit one more time.
