I got a new Charge 6 this past week and it has never recorded my breathing rate while sleeping. It was not recording my heart rate either but I found an on line help that said to make sure the app syncs right before bed time. That was a successful fix and I got a resting heart rate finally, but still no breath count. I have restarted my phone and my device multiple times
What is the solution?

My Charge 6 wasn't doing one thing that I expected it to do (reminders to move). I unpaired from the app, and then added it again. This resolved the issue. It might be the same for you. But also, check that everything is been given the right permissions to collect such data.

I have the same issue as you. Brand new Charge 6, worked fine for a week, then suddenly no breathing rate data. Restarted, factory reset, removed and reinstalled the app. The one thing that I have noticed is that there was a phone app update, so that may be the root of it.

I have been experiencing this same issue regularly for months, and it's become worse over the past two weeks. At this point, no amount of unpairing and repairing the device or uninstalling and reinstalling the app will result in breathing rate data getting recorded for more than a day at a time. It's become inconvenient and unreliable to the point that I've given up and stopped considering breathing rate data to be an included feature.

How you wear the tracker can affect readings. If I wear my watch too tight, I won't get a BR reading.
Try wearing it a little looser, and further up on your arm and definitely away from your wrist bone. Also try experimenting with how loose or tight you wear it.
