New Charge 6 not charging

Hello!

Bought a Charge 6 for my daughter on black friday but she received it as a Christmas gift! So since then I was not able to make the watch work at all! Been pluged enough long for the battery to charge but dont see any % or info on charging status! I tried to reset with button on charger without any sucess! Is my watch broken? Please help me!
