Dear community,
I got my charge 6 only this week. Did a full charge and have been using it since last 4 days. Today I went swimming with it and now it doesn't turns on. I have put it on charge for 6 hours and it doesn't wakes up.
I tried the troubleshooting steps in the manual and it doesn't works either.
What shall I do?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the Charge 6 functionality after wearing it to using.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
