Just got my fitbit charge 6 yesterday. This morning I charged it and wore it to work. Barely 2 hours later the screen won't come on. The app says the last sync was about the time it didn't come on.
How can I get this fixed? Not a great look for a brand new device

This is copy and paste from the manual:
If Charge 6 is unresponsive:
1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8
seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
3. Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
Note: If the device doesn’t restart, wait 15 seconds and try again.
The button mentioned under 2. is on the USB connector end. Round in shape.

Hi 🙂 I’m brand new to Fitbit and mine stopped working before I even got to know it lol my mom got it for me and I opened it up charged it up and brought it upstairs with me excited to download app etc and it won’t go on! Black as the ace of spades and no button with turn it on:( it sucks to be honest, I think these are faulty because a brand new device shouldn’t be problematic right from the get go ya know and ps prolly not appropriate but you look cute lol
