New Charge 6 won't connect

ANSWERED

I'm getting this message: "Something went wrong. Turn on Bluetooth to Allow 'Fitbit' to Connect to Accessories [Abort/Retry]"

Bluetooth is already turned on.

I also followed the troubleshooting instructions: I turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on. I made sure the device was over 25% charged. And I tried the restart by pressing the button on the USB port 3 times, but it wouldn't actually restart.

Meanwhile, the app has disconnected my old Charge 5. And I can't re-connect it because the Charge 5 screen is dead.

OK, I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That did the trick. Never mind, folks.
