So in the months from when my Charge 4 died and I got a new Charge 6, I’m not seeing any HR or zone activity when I log exercise. Logging my hockey games and monitoring HR and zone data was all I really used my Charge for. It’s bewildering why this is gone. Is this feature going to be restored? If not I think I’m done with Fitbit. An honest answer from Fitbit would be appreciated. Thanks.

The data is there for activities you tracked, but not for auto-recognized - it's just the data is slow to load or sometimes you have to do things like tap the edit 'pencil' icon and then tap 'Back' to get it to show up. The other way to see it is to go check out your dashboard on the web. It's really annoying.
There's a handful of threads about this, the Fitbit folks know about it and said they're working on it. It's been an issue for a while, but hopefully they fix it soon.
