Hello @Malakapeasad and welcome to the Community.  Where are you located?  Both features are medically regulated and aren't available in all countries.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

I'm located at Sri Lanka ..

And those two were the main reason why I went for charge 6.

This is really disappointing.

I don't see Sri Lanka listed for either the ECG app or the SpO2 feature.

Dear Fitbit Support Team,

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding the Fitbit Charge 6 I recently purchased. I am based in Sri Lanka.

My primary reason for choosing the Charge 6 over other models and competitors was specifically for its SpO2 (Blood Oxygen Saturation monitoring) and ECG (Electrocardiogram) features. These health monitoring capabilities were the key selling points for me.

However, upon setting up my device, I discovered that both the SpO2 and ECG features are currently disabled or unavailable for users in Sri Lanka. This is incredibly frustrating, as the main functionalities that drove my purchase decision are inaccessible.

Could you please explain the reason for this restriction in Sri Lanka? More importantly, are there plans to enable these vital health features for Sri Lankan users? If so, what is the expected timeline?

Access to this health data is crucial, and I strongly urge Fitbit to prioritize making the SpO2 and ECG features available in Sri Lanka as advertised globally. I look forward to your response and hopefully, a positive resolution.

Sincerely,
