Charge 6 Find My Fitbit Function

Why is there no Find My Fitbit function within the Fitbit app? It seems silly that there’s a “Find my phone” function within the device, but there’s no way to find the device using the phone. Even sillier that I have to download (and pay for) a 3rd party app to get this function.

With the Charge 6, there’s no way to find your device if you misplace it. I can’t set an alarm from the Fitbit app on my phone and wait for the device alarm to sound, like I could with previous models. On the Charge 6 apparently alarms have to be set on the device itself.

Clearly it would be possible for Fitbit to offer a Find my Fitbit function, since the 3rd parties are offering it. But Fitbit just hasn’t bothered to include it in their own app? It seems like a very basic function, and it’s very odd and frustrating that it’s not available..

Fitbit/Google, could you please include a “Find my Fitbit” function in the Fitbit app for Charge 6?
