I find it infuriating that, following my watch being stolen, there is no way to track it, unless it is nearby - at the same time as this not being covered by the warranty. These things are expensive, I think that surely there should be a function to locate lost devices.

I was able to confirm you contacted support as you mentioned and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.
