No Heart Rate readings, now unable to pair device

My device was not reading my heart rate, so I contacted support who suggested attempting device resets. After performing a factory reset on my Charge 6, my device will now no longer pair to my phone. I have requested further assistance from Support, but they have left me waiting for days for the case to be "escalated". Can anybody assist further, as my device is now unusable?
