No altimeter - will this be added for Charge 7?

Still hanging on to my Charge 4 because it has an altimeter. Let’s bring it back for the Charge 7 please.

We don't know if Google Fitbit will add an altimeter to the Charge 7. They tend to be rather hush-hush about upcoming products.

What you might consider is adding your vote & comments to this feature request: Add altimeter to future Charge series versions (<-- click link). I understand that the developers monitor this forum to see what features are being requested.

Same!  I have a charge 4 that I'm still using. The battery started to last less than a day, though.  I am holding out for an altimeter.

I had a Charge 3 and am actually considered buying a Charge 4. There are some on Amazon. The altimeter is really important to me and I don't like the shape of other fitness trackers.
