My Charge 6 has suddenly stopped working. No display and no connection with the app. It worked on my run this morning (although with no GPS - that's always been intermittent), and I paused the time when I got home. When I checked it 5 minutes later there was nothing there. Shaking and tapping it made no difference. I've experienced a no display once before and was able to reset it by pressing the button on the side. However, this time there is no response from the button. All I have is a black screen. It is also not connecting with the app on my Samsung S24. It's like it has switched itself off, although it is fully charged. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

Could you please try to restart your device (with the charger's cable) as shown in the following help article : How do I restart my Fitbit device?
After the restart, try to manually sync as explained here : Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
