No ecg app on the watch

Hello,

I have some issue, just bought new watch charge 6 and there is no ecg app on watch and no ecg option on the iPhone app of Fitbit. What should I do? How to fix it?

Hello @LudLuda and welcome to the Community.  Where are you located?  The ECG app is a medically regulated feature and isn't available in all countries.

There isn't anything that we, as users can do.

Google Fitbit's regulatory group has to submit the application for the use of the app and the country's medical regulatory agency has to approve it.
