My heart rate is showing on my tracker but when I start an exercise it doesn’t say anymore when I go into fat burn or cardio. Instead of saying fatburn it says light at a heart rate zone of 104. It used to say fatburn or cardio when my heartrate increases.
even though it shows on my app. Any idea why not ? I have a charge 6. Have already restarted it several times but no result.

Hello @Trudy2612 and welcome to the Community. Fitbit uses CDC recommendations for physical activity. The CDC uses moderate and vigorous intensity to describe activities. Fat burning and cardio are out of date terms. Device firmware is finally getting updated to reflect this, despite the fact that the CDC recommendations changed in 2018. Your app should show this, too. Please make sure you have the current version of the Fitbit app.

Thank you Laurie, that puts an end to my search. I must say that it's debatable that those terms are out of date. Personally I'm much more motivated when my fitbit says fatburning or cardio then the terms light, average etc. But it is as it is, at least I know that my fitbit is not broken. In my app which I updated, it still says fatburning, cardio so I will look at my heartrate and know in which mode I'm in. No idea what CDC recommendations are but again they are not very specific.

@Trudy2612 To clarify, in the context of CDC and WHO physical activity recommendations, fat burning and cardio are out of date. There are other situations where they are used. This Adult Activity: An Overview from the CDC might give you more insight.
It's interesting that you wrote that your app still says fat burn and cardio. I've had light, moderate, etc., on my app for a little while. But my Sense 2 just got the firmware that changes what you see on your screen.
Can't explain it. Just move more and sit less.
