No live BPM reading on phone app

 My phone app has suddenly stopped showing the live bpm reading. Everything else works except bpm. Restarted phone, app and tracker but still missing. It was fine until yesterday, then the Fitbit went off as battery run out, and after recharging no more bpm on phone app. Bpm still showing on tracker.

I am having the same issue here, upgraded my household modem to a higher speed data, with new wifi ID, thought that might be the issue. Had to reinstall all wifi attached devices, but don't see any options to update my charge 6.

Update to my previous reply, after searching more on forum, found a post stating this is a known issue with iphone and version 4.03 of fitbit, checked app store and found update for 4.04, once updated, HR was working again.
